Polly has over 10 years experience in the construction industry. She began in the property management field doing medical tenant up fits for one of the area medical facilities. She then worked for a local developer/builder doing start ups for multiple subdivisions in the area from raw land to completed neighborhoods. She is a Licensed Realtor in the State of Georgia.

Julie has over 11 years of experience in the construction industry. She began as the office manager for a local architect working with all facets of construction projects. Julie has over 24 years in accounting and data management and over 14 years office management experience. She has completed the following courses: Payroll Law, OSHA Compliance & Workplace Safety, Keys to Customer Service, Architectural Drafting I, and Introduction to Marketing. She is a licensed insurance agent in the State of Georgia.
James "Friday" Johnson, Construction Manager

James has 11 years of educational experience in the field of architecture. In addition, he has work experience through summer internships as an engineer, an intern architect, and an estimator. He has received a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Construction Management and a Master of Science in Architecture. Currently, he is attending SCAD to receive his Professional degree in Architecture. His goal is to become a licensed architect.
